Longbridge Lane Schedule of Condition

Background

A lease was in the process of being agreed on the premises and the Client required a Schedule of Condition to be attached to the lease in order to protect them and limit their repairing obligations at the end of the lease term.

The Challenge

The Client had realised at quite a late point that they required a Schedule of Condition completing. This meant that there was limited time to get this arranged and completed to remain on target with their moving in date.

The Solution

We were able to arrange an inspection within a few days of the fee being accepted. In addition, we could provide the added value of a drone survey of the roof areas, ensuring that all parts of the building were inspected. A detailed schedule was produced and all completed within less than 10 days of instruction.

The client instructed Invise to undertake the survey on the basis of the level of detail we were able to provide and the timescales we could meet to assist them.
